Booking Policies

HOW TO GET STARTED

After reviewing the policies below, please purchase a membership to receive instructions via email on how to book your first appointment using Acuity Scheduling.

General Service Policy

This reservation system is for MakeATX members only. Custom cutting reservations may be made by emailing orders@makeatx.com. By using this service, you agree to all terms of the MakeATX membership agreement. We reserve the right to refuse laser appointments for any reason.

Reservation Policy

Member reservations should be booked starting on an even hour and may be booked up to two weeks in advance. We will reject your reservation request if you do not adhere to this policy. Veteran appointments are available only upon approval of MakeATX staff.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may not be rescheduled.

Payment Policy

You must be an active member and must have completed the MakeATX laser basics class by the date of your scheduled appointment. Veteran appointments are restricted to current and former MakeATX members who have at least three months of consistent laser cutting experience.
