MakeATX offers internships!  We typically ask interns to put in about 8 hours per week in the shop in a variety of tasks. It’s a good way to gain more experience and get a feel for some of the work that’s being produced here while learning the art of laser cutting!

We enroll each of our interns in a laser basics class at the start of their term. Many of our previous interns have had a graphic design background, but we welcome anyone who is interested in laser cutting and craft to apply. We’re happy to work with your school to document your time here for course credit! All interns are given a full membership to the workshop.
